Trupointe Scholarship Application
High School Applicants | College Applicants
Trupointe Cooperative, Inc. is proud to offer scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each, to sons and daughters of members each year. The scholarships are designated to be awarded to a member or a direct dependent, as defined by Internal Revenue Code, of a member of Trupointe.
Applications must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2012. More details below.Requirements
Education
Applicants must be either:
- a graduating high school senior with a minimum 3.25 GPA/4.0 scale and enrolled in a college or university, in pursuit of a two-year or four-year professional degree in a field related to a discipline of Trupointe business and/or the agricultural industry, or
- a college student, enrolled in an accredited college or university, in pursuit of a two–year or four–year professional degree in a field related to a discipline of the Trupointe business and/or the agricultural industry, and maintaining a minimum 3.0 GPA/4.0 scale.
Applicants are required to provide a letter of character reference and current official transcript.
General Criteria
Applicants are asked to complete the scholarship application, detailing educational requirements, extracurricular and community involvement and future intent, as well as a written essay or short video on a related topic.
Finalists for the awards will be selected and asked to interview with a review committee.
Students may apply and receive this scholarship multiple years, providing required criteria is met.
Ineligible Recipients
Trupointe employees and their dependants are ineligible to apply.
Direct relation to Trupointe Board of Directors are ineligible to apply.

The application and required materials must be postmarked by December 31, 2012.
Please do not mail or drop off your application materials at your local Trupointe location.
Finalists will be contacted for an interview.
Recipients of the Trupointe Scholarship will be announced in the Summer 2013 issue of OnPointe, our customer magazine.
