The directors of both legacy cooperative boards selected ten board members to serve on the Trupointe board. Five board members from each existing cooperative board comprise the Trupointe, Inc. board. “We’re looking forward to make Trupointe, Inc. Ohio’s premiere cooperative,” said John Waymire, chairman of the Trupointe, Inc. board. “Because the cooperative members approved the consolidation, it means better resources and buying power for our members. As a board, we will work hard to ensure members will benefit.”
Trupointe, Inc. headquarters will be based in Troy, Ohio and will operate a total of 45 facilities. Operations will occur in 26 Ohio counties and in three Indiana counties. Over 500 full- and part-time employees will work for the organization.
