All Trupointe board members are actively engaged in farming. The Board selects and oversees the CEO, sets company policy, and monitors the financial aspects of the company. The board helps to ensure the cooperative acts as a responsible steward of its members’ investments and remains solvent.

The directors of both legacy cooperative boards (Advanced Agri-Solutions and Southwest Landmark) selected ten board members to serve on the Trupointe board. Five board members from each existing Cooperative board comprise the Trupointe board.

Board members are elected by the cooperative membership and hold yearly terms. Guiding Leadership of Organization. Appoint acting officers.
